What a beautiful, sunny and mild February day! We took The Partners for a walk down by the lake.

There is a little bit of ice remaining in the yacht club basin but the ice has disappeared from open water, at least for now. George even waded out knee deep at one of the beaches but stopped short of going for a swim.

Dozens of gulls have gathered on the remaining bits of ice.
