The accumulation of snow out behind Anchovy World Headquarters melted away quickly on Monday morning in the pouring rain, ponding in the yard. There is a layer of ice now on beautiful Lake Anchovy. Fortunately we know from experience that the water drains away from the house. As the ground thaws, I’m expecting the water to drain off without incident.
