Well there is lots of sunshine this morning at 27th Street. However, here are Laura Boosinger and Josh Goforth doing a nice job on the Bill Withers tune Ain’t no Sunshine. I was listening to a number of videos of their performances this morning when I came across this one. It may seem strange to hear a clawhammer banjo player do this tune, but given that Mr. Withers grew up in a coal mining family in W. Virginia, maybe an Appalachian approach is appropriate.
