      I wasn’t sure we were going to have enough sun for sunflowers. There are trees creating shade all around that garden but it does OK when the sun is high. Next year, some of the anchor plants like the dogwood and the hydrangeas and the Saskatoons will be more significant and this garden will be much nicer than it is this year. My experience back at the former Anchovy World Headquarters is that each year a new garden gets better and develops character.
