Memphis and Ellie Mae visit Santa

They would have just written letters to Santa, outlining what smelly treats they like best, but they don’t have opposable thumbs. Every time they try to write they end up chewing the pen to bits. So we sallied forth to visit Santa.

What is the state of technology for things like Santa pictures? Do you get an electronic copy, quick polaroid kind of thing , or do you have to wait for a print then scan it to post it here?

They have different packages available. One option includes the file on CD. Tuffy P chose a less expensive option, which included two large, two medium and two wallet-sized prints. They print on-site. I didn’t watch to see just how they went about it. There’s about a ten minute wait for your prints. This works fine for us since I have a scanner at home, so I scanned the picture and sized it for printing with a smaller version for email and web.

Technology these days is wonderful isnt it?

The girls are quite photogenic. I bet if you looked around a bit you could fairly easily find them gigs with advertising outfits. Canada’s next top models!!

Fantastic photo! I’m sure Santa knows what they want despite the lack of letters. He’s got eyes everywhere. Probably watching them while they sleep…

Thank you Bloggerboy. Although conventional wisdom says that finding a particular “look” and sticking with it in a “brand” sense is the way to go, my imagination is way to restless for that. I simply enjoy keeping it fresh as best I can and you can expect I’ll continue to mess with the way this joint looks along the way. It’s not like I have a plan or anything like that though.
