Regular readers here in Anchovy Town know I’m no big sports fan. I have to say though that playoff hockey is a lot of fun, and having a Canadian team do well even gives me something to cheer for. Too bad regular season hockey is so dull by comparison. Give me a hand up there on the bandwagon, will you? There, that’s better. Go Canucks.

I love most sports and watch them, including hockey, throughout the year. However, I agree, there’s something about playoffs that make them so much more exciting to watch. Perhaps the imminent threat of elimination that pushes the players forward to go above and beyond their normal standard of play. I dunno but I love this time of year and it ain’t ’cause of the weather! 🙂
