It has been years since I’ve grown a zucchini plant. The last time was back at the house on Blackthorn when I planted two plants that gave me enough zucchini to feed a small country. I thought this year I would scale that back and just plant one. However, weather has been perfect and it’s been growing like crazy in the corner of my little veggie garden.

Yes, I like the yellow ones and they just like it there. I’m planning on ending world hunger with this crop. I didn’t expect the plant to get so massive and I had some beets a little too close which I think may just disappear.
Wow, did you plant it in straight cow manure? It’s huge! I have three (yeah, we really like zucchini. I also have to compensate for the cucumber beetles that usually kill off one or two of the plants early) but they’re nowhere near that size nice. I see you’re growing the yellow ones too.
