Pilsen is a community in flux. The Mexican-American community is still there (along with some awesome taquerias), but the hipsters and artists share parts of the area these days. It’s in the South side. My friend Stagg says it’s “in the numbers” because that’s where the streets in Chicago are numbered, much like the Lakeshore communities here in Toronto.
