Somebody entered, “are late night talk shows dead?” into a search engine and landed abruptly here in paradise. Allow me to provide the answer. Yes, they are dead and they stink to high heaven. But then again, I thought Tom Snyder’s Tomorrow Show was good television so who am I to talk.

I can’t bring myself to watch talk shows, regardless of what time of day or night they are on. I would rather do anything else.
I find late night talk shows very boring. The humor is often so forced, the conversation so trivial. Why do people stay up for the shows unless they have insomnia?
