Thanksgiving is a big deal for many of my American friends – please celebrate safely – once the vaccine is here and does its magic, plan an extra big party for the future.

I hope the vaccine will be as magical as we need. In my household it will be the usual holiday with jus the wo of us (left to myself, I’d probably just scramble an egg). As a vegetarian I’ve had to be inventive about htis holiday for years. But it’s warm and sunny out, so I’ll get in a good hill run and now I’ll have this music in the back of my hard as I do.
