Today is Sheila’s birthday. She asked that I make her lemon bars and also that I get some bibimbap from Tasty Korea for dinner tonight. No problem. Never mind that I’ve never made lemon bars. My expertise is in eating lemon bars, not baking them.
However, these days we have the good ol’ internet, where instructions to do anything are at our fingertips. So I found a recipe and got to work. It turns out they’re really easy to make. Yummy too, although if I made them again I would adjust the recipe so that there is more top and less bottom. Further testing may be required later on.
