Ok ok, it’s true I haven’t posted much this week here on 27th Street. It’s been a busy week, and when I checked my brain for possible posts, all I saw was a little sign that said “re-stock”.  Next week, I’ll be in Calgary for a couple days for work. The best news is that while I’m in town, I get to finally meet my friend the Bad Tempered Zombie Barbara Bruederlin in person. I’ve been a fan of Barb’s blog for years, and she’s been a supporter of both 27th Street and it’s earlier incarnation, Mister Anchovy’s, for as long. I’m so excited we’re finally going to meet!

In other news, I’ll have a couple paintings in a group exhibition at Yumart in January. It’s been a while since I’ve exhibited my paintings – I like Yumart, and Yvonne who runs the joint, and I’m looking forward to participating in a show there. It happens I just finished a tondo I’m really happy with, called The Source (I know I know, I’ve named several paintings The Source…), and I’ll be sending that one along, fresh from the studio. I’ll remind you all about it along the way. For Torontonian readers of this here blog, attendance, while not mandatory, is strongly encouraged.
