Our High Park friends with a superb!! feeding station for several years are noting this year so far–fewer visitors and think it may be that the birds are accessing more berries due to the warmer winter so far. But wouldn’t the same birds always navigate/return to their source regardless? Guess I am hoping the decline is not related to climate change etc. They will do the bird count in Feb for Birds Canada.

We have experienced a sharp rise in the number of birds at our feeder. Crazy numbers.
