John Chamberlain RIP

The other day I noted the passing of American painter Helen Frankenthaler. She was not the only giant of American art to die recently, however. Sculptor John Chamberlain has died at 84. RIP

Hubert Sumlin RIP

Just heard some sad news. Blues guitar great Hubert Sumlin is dead at 80. In case any readers here don’t know of Mr. Sumlin, he is perhaps best known for his work in Howlin’ Wolf’s band, back in the day. RIP
