Ms. Starr was 82. She was the first Canadian musician to sell over a million copies of a recording. It was the 1964 The French Song, which was produced by Herb Alpert.

Shelter from the Storm

I remember seeing Dylan perform this on that Hard Rain TV special back when I was 15 or 16. I remember thinking, geez, I’ve never heard anything like this. Watching today, I think it still holds up, still exceptional.
